New Generation Quad Rental Skates
Pacer New Generation Skates are designed to withstand the wear and tear of the constant use that rentals endure. These virtually indestructible unibody skates have very low maintenance, with features specifically designed for commercial use.
Unibody construction eliminates the need for separate trucks and the constant concern of tightening action bolts. Maintenance is therefore reduced to a minimum without sacrificing durability or performance. The shell is vented for comfort and overnight air circulation. The patented Torsion Beam provides precise turning action without the endless problems of the traditional action bolt. Maintenance is kept to a bare minimum because parts are kept to a bare minimum. Combining the boot and chassis in one piece gives much greater strength; as a result, the New Generation rental skate is by far the lightest skate available.
Pacer introduces a removable liner developed especially for commercial use. Unlike standard in-line or ski boot liners, a durable, bacteria-proof material was chose for commercial use, Cambrelle+. This material is not just treated or dipped to resist bacteria. That type of treatment is temporary and will wear off far too quickly. Cambrelle+ contains bacteria fighting agents within the actual fibers, lasting the life of the liner.
This unique new liner is designed to lock itself into the shell, eliminating the nuisance of liners pulling out. To achieve this, we put belt loops on the leather tongue so that the liner cannot be removed without completely unlacing the skate. We also used an outside liner material that has a clinging property to keep the liner in place.
Now for the most revolutionary feature - these liners are completely washable. Wash your liners and you now have clean, fresh new rentals. We contacted two commercial laundries and were told that they would pick up, wash and return within 48 hours 100 pair of liners for approximately $50.

We are wholesale only and are not allowed to sell to skaters or to quote prices. For info on purchasing skates please look in your phone book under "skating rink" or click here.
Always skate smart. Use appropriate protective gear. If you're not an experienced skater then learn to skate indoors at a roller skating rink. It's a flat and smooth surface with no traffic to deal with. We strongly encourage you to take lessons (most skating rinks offer them).
