The skate design party packs are now back in stock. The most popular kit has 7” plates, cups, placemats, and napkins.
Some of the larger chain stores and sporting goods giants are increasing the space they’re committing to roller skates for the fall season. That’s usually a good sign that they see skate sales increasing as they prepare for the Christmas sales season.
Mark your calendar now for our upcoming tradeshow. It will be October 4 and 5 (Mon and Tues), at our Roanoke warehouse. This is a great opportunity to meet with other rink operators, see new products from the different skate manufacturers, and see other vendors that are working in the skate industry.
The Excel 5500 inline rentals are now ready to ship. The original batch had a buckle that wasn’t very durable, Roller Derby has shipped us all new buckles that are much better, and the skates are ready to ship again. If you purchased any of the original skates please be sure to replace the original buckles with the replacements we’ve shipped you. Or, if you prefer, send them back to us and we’ll do the replacing for you. But it’s very important that the buckles are replaced as soon as possible.

Always skate smart. Use appropriate protective gear. If you're not an experienced skater then learn to skate indoors at a roller skating rink. It's a flat and smooth surface with no traffic to deal with. We strongly encourage you to take lessons (most skating rinks offer them).
